Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване е международният стандарт BS OHSAS 18001:2007 като система за управление на здравословни и безопасни условия на труд в предприятието. Анализът е фокусиран върху по-пълното интегриране на България в Европейския съюз чрез въвеждането и прилагането на международноправните норми (и по-специално тези от правото на ЕС), които гарантират безопасните и здравословни условия на труд.
