Redes De Imobiliárias Interorganizacionais: Vantagens De Associaço As Imobiliárias Tradicionais

Abstract

A ineficiência econômica do poder público brasileiro nos dias atuais tem refletido no setor da construção civil, uma vez que, a população encontra dificuldades de adquirir a casa própria. Além disso, mesmo aqueles que detém a possibilidade da conquista de um imóvel estão cada vez mais exigentes em sua escolha. Com o avanço da tecnologia e consumidores cada vez mais exigentes e sem tempo, as imobiliárias, mesmo as mais tradicionais, estão buscando alternativas para se manterem no mercado e continuarem competitivas. Diante deste fato, o compartilhamento em rede, se mostra vantajoso não somente para as empresas novas, como, também àquelas tradicionais que possuem uma vasta clientela e carteira de imóveis. Desse modo, empreendedores pequenos e recentes no mercado se transformem rapidamente em grandes e capazes, assim como, empresas grandes e antigas possam se reinventar e continuar mostrando seu diferencial.
