Proposta para avaliação de um ativo real utilizando o método de Monte Carlo

Abstract

A decisão de investir deve estar respalda em análises que ponderem os riscos, a liquidez e os retornos dos ativos. O conceito de investimento consiste no ato de aportar recursos com a expectativa, no futuro, de ser compensado. Para que a finalidade da recompensa seja atendida é imprescindível na gestão dos investimentos mapear, analisar e mensurar as opções visíveis a as ações explícitas para cada projeto. Este trabalho propõe aplicar o método de Monte Carlo no auxilio à análise do investimento imobiliário, com vistas a interagir os modelos econômico-financeiros e o método de Monte Carlo, melhorando o grau de confiança presente na análise do investimento.
