Sustentabilidade E A Produção De Edifícios Para O Mercado Imobiliário

Abstract

A sustentabilidade é normalmente avaliada sob inúmeros enfoques, relacionados geralmente ao meio ambiente. Em virtude do aumento vertiginoso da população mundial nas últimas décadas, surgiram preocupações quanto aos problemas de poluição, energia, água, esgotamento dos recursos naturais. Este tema tem sido muito debatido na engenharia e arquitetura e toma conotação especial relativamente à construção de edifícios. No entanto, as questões assim abordadas, para transformarem-se em propostas realistas e serem então absorvidas pelo mercado imobiliário, devem receber ponderações relativamente às possibilidades construtivas dos edifícios e da aceitação destas propostas pelo público consumidor. Neste trabalho, procura-se debater os rumos do desenvolvimento tecnológico frente às novas tendências e condicionantes para a tomada de decisões.
