Salão de Imóveis: Avaliação da Funcionalidade Habitacional – Caso de Florianópolis/SC

Abstract

A Avaliação da Funcionalidade das Habitações demonstra ser uma ferramenta útil na fase de projeto para se identificar inadequações ao bom funcionamento dos espaços e mobiliário/equipamentos projetados para consumo humano. Dado que este Salão do Imóvel é um evento anual e tem a finalidade de promoção e venda de imóveis de alto padrão também se revela como uma oportunidade para aplicação da metodologia. O exame num determinado grupo de apartamentos de construtoras/incorporadoras revela desequilíbrios significantes no desempenho da funcionalidade dos empreendimentos, assim como grande variabilidade nos empreendimentos de uma mesma construtora/incorporadora. Revela também a insuficiência de informações tais como dimensões dos compartimentos, áreas dos compartimentos, plantas com dificuldade para leitura e distorções na representação das plantas que podem gerar informações incorretas para os usuários.
