A Visão De Empreendimento Imobiliário No Ensino Da Arquitetura

Abstract

O presente trabalho destaca a importância em se impor uma visão de empreendimento no ensino da arquitetura, em especial, quanto à análise e desenvolvimento de projetos. Inicia conceituando alguns termos de interesse para a questão, que se estabelecem ao se constituir um empreendimento imobiliário, como: empreendimento; negócio; mercado imobiliário; instrumentos financeiros; etc. Enfatiza que todo objeto de projeto caracterizado por uma obra civil é por si só um empreendimento e que tal consideração é de vital importância na avaliação de um projeto. Aponta para alguns instrumentos e procedimentos a serem considerados na análise econômica de projetos que envolvam obras de edifícios e sua importância para a validade de seu programa de arquitetura e avaliação da viabilidade do empreendimento. O trabalho debate estas questões e sua consideração no ensino da arquitetura, fornecendo subsídios conceituais para melhor interpretação destas relações.
