Abstract

A TERCEIRA ÂNCORA é uma proposta de vanguarda para viabilizar a execução de um plano de desenvolvimento estratégico e institucionalizar uma Agência de Desenvolvimento municipal. Foro destinado a abrigar as relações de cooperação entre a Academia, o Governo, a Sociedade e a Iniciativa Privada em contexto geopolítico ímpar no Brasil. Território insular que tem no potencial imobiliário e turístico as principais vertentes do desenvolvimento sustentável. Esse esforço será materializado, inicialmente, através da construção de um condomínio-modelo com edificações concebidas nos mais altos níveis de sustentabilidade. Espaços planejados como exemplos para a ocupação ideal do território com baixo impacto ecológico e uso de tecnologias limpas. As operações financeiras e patrimoniais estão consorciadas para criação de um Fundo Municipal de Desenvolvimento.
