Localização Habitacional e Ciclo de Vida Familiar

Abstract

Com o objetivo de estudar a nível exploratório o atributo localização, entrevistou-se sessenta moradores de apartamentos para identificar-se a existência de uma escala de importância ou hierarquia de valor entre os atributos pertinentes a localização do imóvel e sua correlação com características que possam definir um segmento, enfocando-se especialmente o estágio do ciclo de vida familiar.O entendimento das preferencias do usuário, com respeito a localização, orienta o incorporador na formulação da estratégia mercadológica e da tipologia mais adequada para seu empreendimento.Os resultados obtidos com a pesquisa demonstram existir uma forte correlação entre o estágio do ciclo de vida familiar e as preferencias de localização.
