Abstract

O objetivo do presente trabalho foi o de demonstrar que a propriedade privada contemporânea constitui uma relação jurídica complexa e como tal estabelece um novo paradigma, que se revela em um conjunto principiológico do sistema constitucional, na busca de novas posturas interpretativas dos interesses envolvidos numa determinada realidade, de forma a permitir a adequação do texto ao contexto em que se está inserido.
