Working paper, survey of the extent of decision making autonomy of foreign owned multinational enterprise subsidiarys in Belgium, with some reference to the role of USA enterprise - includes investment, production and research policy decisions, impact on working conditions, recruitment of managers, nationality, labour relations characteristics, international trade union activity, the role of regional level offices, etc. Bibliography, references and statistical tables.
