Abstract

Working paper examining the impact of national level agricultural research systems on innovations and choice of technology in the horticulture industry in Kenya - tests the hypotheses stated by Ruttan, includes a literature survey, examines the institutional framework, and discusses economic and political factors influencing technological change.
