Abstract

El impacto como consecuencia del agrandamiento del bloque europeo no constituye, en términos generales, un tema preocupante para los hacedores de decisión y los agentes económicos del MERCOSUR. No obstante, este nuevo paradigma presenta, ante una mirada más detallada, algunos puntos que demandan políticas preventivas. Separaremos estos temas en cinco categorías: El impacto de la extensión del mercado europeo (15). Las ganancias del MERCOSUR en el mercado europeo extendido. Las ganancias de los nuevos socios europeos en el mercado del MERCOSUR. Efectos del "nudo agrícola". El agrandamiento y los efectos distorsionantes del acuerdo UE-MERCOSUR)
