Las mujeres dominan el sector turístico en Bolivia

Abstract

El porcentaje de mujeres empleadas en el sector turístico de Bolivia está muy por encima al que se tiene a nivel mundial (54%). Asimismo, representan un porcentaje mayor en la matriculación de carreras de turismo y en la representación legal de empresas formales relacionadas al turismo. Por otro lado, se ha identificado una oportunidad interesante para el sector turístico debido a la alta demanda de mujeres que desean viajar solas.
