Abstract

"Gründerzentren können einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Erfolgsaussichten von Existenzgründern leisten. Durch intelligente, aufeinander aufbauende Filter erreichen sie die 'richtigen' Zielgruppen. Nur Gründer mit hinreichendem Potnezial können von den Zentren sinnvoll unterstützt werden. Diese gilt es zu identifizieren. Die Förderung genau dieser Personen ist marktkonform und verursacht kaum Wettbewerbsverzerrungen. Eine gezielte Teilnehmerauswahl optimiert die Effektivität und Effizienz der Förderung. Die untersuchten Zentren werden so zu einem Vorbild für aktivierende Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Der mehrstufige Auswahl- und Aktivierungsprozess ist beispielhaft für viele weitere Förderinstrumente." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
