Förbättrade metoder för samhällsekonomisk analys av kollektivtrafikinvesteringar

Abstract

Denna rapport sammanfattar några studier som på olika sätt syftar till att förbättra metodiken för att analysera samhällsekonomiska effekter av kollektivtrafikinvesteringar. Förbättringarna som behandlas är 1) vikten av att ta med bristande kapacitet (trängsel) i kalkylerna; 2) förbättrade beräkningar av driftskostnader; 3) effekter av tillgänglighet på arbetsmarknad och produktivitet (s k ”wider economic benefits”) 4) påverkan på bostadsmarknad (fastighetspriser) av tillgänglighet med bil, buss och tunnelbana.
