L'accession de la Russie à l'OMC : quelle stratégie adopter?

Abstract

Dans le cadre des négociations d'accession de la Russie à l'OMC, l'article présente les grandes lignes des conditions habituellement requise pour l'accession d'un pays en transition. Il évalue ensuite la distance qui sépare encore la Russie de l'OMC. Il examine les avantages et les risques liés à une adhésion à court terme de la Russie à l'OMC. Il conclut par quelques observations sur les stratégies de négociation qui restent envisageables au stade actuel pour la Russie.
