Abstract

Outre la nécessité des profits pour la continuité de toute entreprise, l'existence de celle-ci dépend de la société, ainsi que son développement et sa persistance. La RSE serait donc une des expressions de l'interdépendance et de la mutualité des intérêts entre ces deux parties. L'objectif de cet article est d'analyser le rôle de la RSE dans la performance des PME .Les recherches dans ce domaine ont abouti à des résultats mixtes, prouvant de ce fait que l'impact des pratiques de RSE sur la performance de la firme demeure vague. Les conclusions révèlent que la terminologie entourant la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises n'est pas toujours adaptée au contexte des PME. Pour ce faire, la présente étude s'articule autour d'une question principale; « quelle serait l'influence des activités socialement responsables adoptées par une PME sur sa performance ». Une régression multiple sous stata 12 nous a permis d'aboutir à des résultats tels que : la responsabilité sociale Joue un rôle important et influe positivement sur la performance de la firme. L'engagement des PME dans l'une des activités de la RSE, influence positivement la performance de cette dernière.
