Abstract

Ce rapport vise à appréhender les caractéristiques du programme Cifre et celles de ses participants, ainsi qu'à évaluer les effets du programme sur les entreprises et les doctorants participants. Dans le cadre d'une convention Cifre, l'État apporte un soutien financier à toute structure socioéconomique établie sur le territoire français qui recrute un doctorant pour lui confier une mission de recherche qui constituera le sujet de sa thèse, pour une durée maximale de trois ans. Le doctorat est consacré entièrement au projet de recherche, avec un partage des efforts et du temps entre l'employeur et le laboratoire académique.
