« Je crée… une entreprise », mais à quoi pensent réellement les créateurs d'entreprise ?

Abstract

Nous nous intéressons dans cet article à une catégorie de ressources intangibles, les ressources cognitives du créateur, c'est-à-dire ses facultés à interpréter les situations, prendre des décisions, développer une vision stratégique, apprendre, etc. Plus précisément nous avons choisi d'étudier les représentations mentales de créateurs d'entreprise, afin de tenter d'en comprendre à la fois le contenu et le rôle concret dans le déroulement de leur projet, grâce à une étude longitudinale de quatre cas de création d'entreprise.
