Abstract

L'objectif de la recherche est de s'interroger sur la pertinence des concepts d'implication organisationnelle et de satisfaction au travail dans le contexte de cabinets d'expertise comptable français. L'analyse empirique menée sur la population des experts comptables stagiaires a mis en évidence la pertinence de ces concepts et la corrélation négative entre l'implication affective et la satisfaction au travail.
