Abstract

Cet ouvrage pose les bases méthodologiques d'un bilan global des effets sur l'environnement des transports de marchandises en ville à l'échelle d'une agglomération. En s'appuyant sur les acquisitions de connaissances et les avancées méthodologiques les plus récentes, il permet pour la première fois de mesurer la part respective de la responsabilité sur le plan de la consommation énergétique et de l'environnement atmosphérique des différents segments de trafic urbains à savoir le transport de marchandises en ville (y compris les déplacements d'approvisionnement des ménages par leurs propres moyens et les flux générés par la gestion urbaine), les autres déplacements de voitures particulières au sein d'une agglomération ainsi que le transit d'agglomération. Cet ouvrage s'adresse essentiellement aux aménageurs urbains, collectivités locales et bureaux d'étude en charge des politiques locales du transport et de l'aménagement, notamment dans le cadre des plans de déplacement urbains. Il concerne plus généralement toute personne intéressée par la mise en œuvre des politiques de développement durable en milieu urbain.
