Abstract

This article deals with the consideration of stakeholders in the waste management sector in Côte d'Ivoire. It analyzes how to better articulate their actions to carry out collective action that meets household expectations for improved waste management. The study thus provides an analytical grid for identifying stakeholders and rethinking the way of taking into account the general interest through a reallocation of attributes between stakeholders. It highlights the potential of such a reallocation for the benefit of households on the performance of the organization of the waste sector, laying the foundations for a major overhaul of collective action.
