Abstract

L'Initiative « une Ceinture et une Route » (一带一路倡议), lancée en 2013 par le président chinois Xi Jingping, vise à créer de nouvelles routes de la soie pour mieux relier la Chine à l'Asie du Sud-Est, à l'Europe en passant par l'Asie centrale, au Proche-Orient, à l'Afrique et à l'Amérique du Sud, à la fois par voies terrestre et maritime. Cette initiative aux dimensions multiples dotée des fonds colossaux pourrait avoir des impacts importants et durables sur l'économie mondiale. Ses effets économiques positifs sur l'Union européenne (UE) seraient plus ou moins importants selon les réponses politiques européennes.
