Abstract

Ce texte a été présenté aux 17 èmes Journées de Microéconomie Appliquée (Québec, 8-9 juin 2000) et au séminaire du Laboratoire d'Économie de Nantes (23 novembre 2000). Nous tenons à remercier A.
