Abstract

Les expérimentations mises en oeuvre par les Coopératives d'activité et d'emploi questionnent l'évolution contemporaine du travail et du rapport au travail. Ainsi, le principe de l'engagement volontaire comme base d'intégration de la coopérative, l'absence de prise en charge collective de la mise au travail, l'inscription dans une stabilité de l'emploi sans stabilité de salaire, esquissent de potentielles innovations organisationnelles. Celles-ci se heurtent cependant à leur inadaptation partielle aux principes nationaux de protection sociale, rejoignant la tendance pointée par l'analyse historique du rapport salarial : l'augmentation des exigences en termes d'employabilité des travailleurs se conjugue paradoxalement à une réduction de la prise en charge collective des dépenses pour le développement humain.
