Abstract

Globalization seems to be becoming the standard policy of developed countries. There are competing/complementary processes of globalization, triadization and continental regionalization. This strategy provides powerful weapons to multinational firms in their unbridled search for profit and emancipation, or even control, of political forces. The American geo-economy today dominates the physical and financial functioning of international markets, which can only lead to the exercise of domination effects, supported by military forces without equivalent in the world.
