Abstract

Cet article montre comment l'économie politique et la théorie moderne des finances publiques permettent d'expliquer la nature et l'évolution des politiques agricoles. On cherche une logique fondamentale dans la direction prise par la réforme de la PAC et dans le type de compromis qui a fini par prévaloir au GATT.
