Abstract

Une stratégie d'alliance est-elle préférable à un développement autonome ? Quel partenaire choisir ? Comment organiser efficacement la coopération ? L'originalité de ce livre est de proposer une grille d'analyse inédite des coopérations interentreprises. Le modèle présenté permet de répondre de manière pertinente à ces questions et de proposer des recommandations adaptées aux caractéristiques particulières de chaque type d'alliance. Les analyses développées sont illustrées de nombreux exemples et s'appuient sur une trentaine d'études de cas approfondies.
