Abstract

La croissance des mouvements de délocalisation s’interprète souvent comme une manifestation de la globalisation des économies. Or, leur récente évolution qualitative révèle une transformation du phénomène qui en bouscule les perceptions courantes. « Les délocalisations : de quoi parle-ton ? » revient sur les problèmes de définition et de quantification pour insister sur la nécessité de reformuler le phénomène en termes de processus de mobilité et d’interroger la rationalité des choix de localisation. Il met ensuite en discussion quelques pistes analytiques visant à comprendre et rendre compte de ces nouveaux enjeux aux niveaux des firmes et des industries.
