La gestion des organisations de l'economie solidaire

Abstract

Ce texte propose ici un modele d'analyse de la gestion qui est fonde sur les particularites des organisations du domaine solidaire et qui se pretend utile pour comprendre le fonctionnement de ces organisations. La realite des organisations de l'economie solidaire est complexe et multiforme et son analyse doit donc depasser une vision purement fonctionnaliste. Dans cette perspective, nous proposons: 1) une caracterisation de ces organismes, basee sur les etudes des auteurs de l'economie solidaire; 2) un modele d'analyse plus large, ayant comme fondements theoriques les travaux de quelques auteurs de philosophie et des sciences sociales; 3) la grille d'analyse que nous avons batie dans le cadre d'une demarche d'observation participante dans deux organismes communautaires de Montreal.
