Evolution de la valeur des diplomes et endogeneite de la variable education

Abstract

La devalorisation des diplomes resulte non seulement de la baisse de la position relative du titre dans la hierarchie des diplomes mais aussi de l'evolution de la demande de diplomes. La plupart des etudes sur le sujet se sont surtout interessees aux effets d'offre. Or, il s'avere que les effets d'offre et de demande ameliorent de la meme maniere le role explicatif de l'education pour l'acces au premier emploi de plus de six mois.
