Management strategique des remunerations : Quelle congruence entre nature de la strategie de diversification et politique de remuneration ?

Abstract

Notre objectif est en effet ici de replacer la politique de remuneration dans une perspective de management strategique en observant dans quelle mesure elle montre des signes de congruence avec la strategie de diversification des entreprises de notre echantillon. Une rapide revue des principales etudes empiriques touchant au probleme du lien entre politique de remuneration et strategie de diversification devrait nous permettre de faire emerger les hypotheses. Nous vous presenterons ensuite la methodologie et les premiers resultats de notre recherche, pour finir par une presentation des profils de politique de remuneration que nos resultats font apparaitre.
