Le Conseil en management: une profession en mutation

Abstract

Bien que le conseil en management soit un secteur en croissance, plusieurs defis restent a relever; ceux-ci sont souvent imposes par l'evolution des besoins des clients. Ces nouveaux besoins sont a l'origine de l'émergence d'une nouvelle forme de conseil en management qui s'appuie sur la discipline du développement organisationnel, laquelle permet une approche plus globale des problemes rencontres par les entreprises. Cette nouvelle forme de conseil va au-dela de la consultation de type traditionnel; elle exige l'avenement d'un consultant nouveau, jouant tour a tour les roles de facilitateur, de catalyseur de ressources et de fournisseur d'outils de changement.
