Abstract

La forte performance economique semble dependre de plus en plus de l'innovation. En fait, la plupart des pays de l'OCDE en sont venus a la conclusion que la capacite d'innovation est la cle du succes economique national, pou ce qui est des normes tant d'efficience que d'equite.
