Abstract

En matiere de pollution de l'air, les couts les plus eleves supportes par la collectivite concernant la sante. La sante publique constitue de ce fait un critere determinant dans les decisions publiques liees a la lutte contre la pollution atmospherique. Recemment, les progres des etudes epidemiologiques en termes de quantite et de qualite des donnees recueillies, et de qualite d'inference statistique, ont conduit les pouvoirs publics a entreprendre des evaluations monetaires de ces couts sanitaires pour plusieurs grandes agglomerations europeennes.
