Abstract

España, como el resto de las economías, se enfrentan a dos retos globales que van a cambiar la economía tal como la conocemos: el envejecimiento poblacional y el cambio tecnológico que está suponiendo la revolución digital. En este artículo, vamos a analizar las distintas reformas que se deberían incorporar en nuestro ordenamiento laboral para poder afrontar ambos retos con éxito.
