Abstract
This submission responds to the European Banking Authority’s (EBA) open consultation on EBA/CP/2026/07 – Revisions to the ITS on supervisory reporting (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3117): Module on ESG Reporting. The submission draws on research and insights from across CETEx and was led by Agnieszka Smoleńska, with contributions from Martina Menegat, Laudine Goumet and Amy-Jane Burrell. The authors gratefully acknowledge comments and reviews by Elena Almeida and Rob Patalano. The response was submitted on 10 July 2026.
