Abstract

Les échanges sont influencés par l’architecture organisationnelle des établissements.(VA)The concept of communities of practice which is an informal process emerges through this paper in the French banking industry. Our results underline homogeneous behaviour, the complexity of individual competencies and the weight of banking regulation. Moreover, communities of practice are also influenced by organizational architecture.
