Abstract

Der Tagungsband umfasst die Beiträge des Steuersymposiums "Zukunft sichern: Nachwuchskräfte finden, binden und entwickeln in kleinen und mittelständischen Steuerberatungskanzleien", das am 30. Oktober 2024 vom Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Hochschule Düsseldorf gemeinsam mit dem Steuerberaterverband Düsseldorf e.V. ausgerichtet wurde. Ausgehend von der demografischen Entwicklung des Berufsstands werden aktuelle Initiativen der Berufsverbände zur Nachwuchsgewinnung beleuchtet, die besonderen Herausforderungen kleiner und mittelständischer Kanzleien und mögliche Lösungsansätze dargestellt. Ergänzt wird dies um Einblicke in die empirischen Ergebnisse einer Befragung von Studierenden mit Steuerschwerpunkt.
