Abstract

*** Recognizing the importance of these elections for the Mayor's Office of Bogotá and noting the existence of a polarized climate in which the debate has been marked more by emotions than by reflections on the programs, the Direction of the CID invited experts on different topics to critically evaluate the propositions of the different candidates.
