Sistemas de información: principales costos de implementación

Abstract

El presente artículo es un acercamiento a los principales costos que se presentan en una MiPyME al momento de implementar un nuevo sistema de información. La correcta determinación de estos costos será definitiva en el balance final de la implementación al evaluar la inversión realizada versus el beneficio que recibe la empresa por este efecto. Este trabajo se logró con la revisión minuciosa y detallada de literatura referente al tema del que se derivaron los factores más representativos para el costeo del proceso de implementación, estos fueron: entrenamiento, hardware, consultoría, esfuerzo de Implementación, mantenimiento y seguridad, licencias y renovaciones, soporte, personal y pérdida de productividad. Finalmente, a partir de esta extracción, se realizó la construcción de un instrumento de recolección de datos (encuesta), el cual se espera utilizar próximamente para validar estos factores y profundizar en los mismos.
