Abstract

En este documento se proporciona una metodología para iniciar con la planificación de la infraestructura en Colombia, a través de métodos de identificación de necesidades, criterios de priorización complementarios al análisis de eficiencia económica, modelaje de los flujos comerciales del país, innovación en financiamiento y recomendaciones para el Ministerio de Transporte en la formulación de la política nacional de transporte.****** Abstract: This paper provides a methodology to launch into the planning of infrastructure in Colombia, through needs identification methods, prioritization criteria complementary to the analysis of economic efficiency, trade flows modelling, innovation in financing and recommendations for the Ministry of Transport in the formulation of the national transport policy.
