Abstract

Las concepciones doctrinarias en cabeza de personalidades de la política, son la respuesta a un proceso anacrónico de adopción de patrones ideológicos que no correspondieron al ordenamiento económico de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX en Colombia. Esto acarreó una mentalidad modernizadora" sustentada en experiencias individuales e ideas foráneas, a partir de las cuales se pretendió desarrollar una idea de lo económico, lo social y lo político, sin guardar correspondencia con las dinámicas incipientes de acumulación y con el nivel de madurez o inmadurez jurídico política del país."
