Abstract

En este trabajo se realiza una discusión acerca de algunas consideraciones normativas acerca de pasar de pagar un salario mensual a un salario por hora, de manera que las contribuciones a la seguridad social puedan incrementarse sin subir sus tasas contributivas para la financiación de estas.
