Explorando la diversidad en las organizaciones desde la teoría de sensibilidad al refuerzo

Abstract

Este estudio tiene por objetivo entender el potencial de la diversidad por edad y sexo biológico en el ámbito laboral para generar interdependencia y perspectivas complementarias. Para ello se intentará identificar si dependiendo la edad y el género las personas presentan una diferente sensibilidad a recompensas y amenazas. Esas diferencias tienen implicancias en el entendimiento del comportamiento, la personalidad y la motivación. Al respecto, se destacan las implicaciones para el desarrollo personal, el liderazgo y la gestión de equipos diversos. Los resultados revelan diferencias significativas entre sexos y generaciones X e Y. Se discute la importancia práctica de estos resultados enfatizando en el rol de la diversidad en las organizaciones.
