Abstract

Esse documento apresenta simulação da oferta e demanda por leitos e respiradores por microrregiões de saúde. As estimativas levam em consideração as diferenças na estrutura etária observadas entre as microrregiões de saúde. Foram consideradas também as diferenças no perfil etário de infecção e no risco etário de internação hospitalar (geral e UTI). A maioria dos casos de internações podem exigir apenas leitos gerais de menor complexidade com ventilação não invasiva. Outros, mais complexos, exigiriam uma escala maior e maior qualificação profissional para operação de leitos de UTI.
