Cambio Agrario en Formosa: el Caso de la Producci—n Bananera

Abstract

Este art’culo analiza el devenir de la producci—n bananera formose–a del corriente siglo. En este sentido, tiene por objetivo comparar dos distintos momentos: un periodo derepunte entre 2001 y 2005, y otro de ostensible constre–imiento a partir de 2005. Se adopta una metodolog’a cuali-cuantitativa a partir de fuentes escritas: estad’sticas y documentos oficiales, por un lado, y prensa peri—dica, por el otro. Se plantea que, durante el per’odo bajo estudio, la actividad continu— el proceso de descomposici—n de fines de la centuria pasada que aqu’ se denomina como Òdes-bananizaci—nÓ.
