Ley de Modernización Laboral. Un análisis pormenorizado de sus componentes principales

Abstract

El Poder Legislativo de Argentina acaba de aprobar la "Ley de Modernización Laboral" que es una continuación, en términos de los objetivos que pueden distinguirse (y también de sus componentes), de las propuestas que se concretaron en medidas legislativas sancionadas a fines de 2023 y en 2024. Este ímpetu reformista está orientado principalmente a disminuir la protección de los trabajadores, reducir su capacidad negociadora de los trabajadores, facilitar la "deslaboralización" así como la reducción directa e indirecta de costos salariales y no salariales. En este documento se presenta, primero, un panorama general de estas reformas para luego pasar al análisis en detalle de los artículos de la nueva ley en comparación con la normativa vigente antes de la sanción de la misma.
