Abstract

Thus far, we have considered the tumultuous environmental and social problems brought on by the unplanned expansion of the first Industrial Revolution. We are becoming aware that the opportunity for a high quality of life is diminishing with each passing generation. Fortunately, we have also learned that a groundswell reform of business and our communities are now coalescing and engaging in these fundamental problems. A case was made that supports the wisdom of emulating natural world industrial strategies in our new design plan for human industry around the globe. Profitable, nourishing, and community-supporting industry is our goal and we can use the various tools and methods suggested in earlier chapters to facilitate meaningful systemic organizational change…
