Abstract

This paper contemplates upon the sustainability of economics and education after the COVID-19 pandemic based on the formation of network structures. The primary objective of the present study is to assess the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on sustainability psychology (which can be expressed by the quality of life), sustainability, as well as the global economic sustainable development. We show that the COVID-19 pandemic is likely to have serious impacts worldwide on the quality of life, on the sustainability of the world’s politics, environment, and economics, as well as the world economy. The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic are not limited to sustainable development because challenges related to the global trade governance are also present. There is a high level of uncertainty associated with COVID-19, which has affected the economic indicators, sustainable criteria, and development processes. Policy-makers and stakeholders worldwide need to consider these challenges and ensure remedies fostering the post-pandemic development of leadership in business and economics.
